Training belongs on the crew record
If the record is about a person’s training, it should live with that person. FireworkOS crew profiles provide the home for training records so the office does not need a separate file structure for every course, meeting or recurring company requirement.
The record can show the training item, completion date and supporting documentation where appropriate. That creates a timeline instead of a pile.
Separate training from credentials
Training and credentials are related but not identical. A license, endorsement, certificate or other credential may have an expiration date and issuing authority. Internal company training may simply document completion of a subject or recurring session.
FireworkOS keeps those concepts organized so the company can answer two different questions: Is this person’s credential current? Has this person completed the training our company tracks?
Make recurring training visible
Recurring training is where spreadsheets become maintenance projects. A structured training record makes it easier to identify what has been completed and what needs attention. The goal is not automatic judgment; it is visibility.
Use records to improve onboarding
New seasonal crew create an administrative burst. Forms, orientation, safety topics, company procedures and role-specific material all happen quickly.

Do not confuse recordkeeping with qualification
A completed training entry does not automatically mean someone is qualified to perform every fireworks-related task. Qualification depends on the work, jurisdiction, company program and applicable requirements.

Who attended? When? What did they complete? Where is the supporting document?
