- What is fireworks company management software?
- It is software that runs the operational side of a professional display company: shows, crews, inventory and magazine records, transportation paperwork, and reporting. Firework OS covers those areas in one platform instead of separate tools.
- Can Firework OS handle fireworks inventory and show management together?
- Yes. Inventory and magazine records, show management, show planning, and product allocation work from the same data, so a show is planned against product that actually exists and returns are reconciled back into inventory.
- Does it support fireworks crew scheduling and qualifications?
- Crew assignments use a crew directory with individual profiles, qualifications, documents, activation status, and expiration tracking, so assignments can be made from qualified crew and drivers. Crew Assignments is available on Ignition and above.
- Is there fireworks BOL software included?
- Bills of Lading—outbound and return—plus load sheets and driver and transportation documentation are built into the platform from the Ignition package upward.
- Does Firework OS make my company ATF or DOT compliant?
- Firework OS is not formally approved or certified by ATF or DOT. Its recordkeeping, audit, inventory, and transportation workflows are designed to support ATF and DOT recordkeeping and documentation processes. Each company remains responsible for confirming and meeting all requirements that apply to its operations.
- Who owns the data we enter?
- Your company's operational data is yours. It is kept in a company-isolated workspace, and you can request an export of your records.
- How do we get started?
- Founding Member Access is open: 30 days of full-platform access with no credit card required. Accounts are provisioned by our team, so claim Founding Member Access or book a demo and we will set your company workspace up.
- What does the 30-day trial include?
- The trial includes all standard Firework OS packages and modules so you can evaluate the complete platform. Enterprise services, custom development, custom integrations, and other individually quoted work are not included in the standard free trial.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- You select the package that fits your operation. Your account adjusts to the features included in that package, and billing begins at that package's Founding Member price—$199 for Magazine, $499 for Ignition, $749 for Display, $999 for Command, and a custom quote for Enterprise.
- Is there a commitment?
- No long-term contract. Paid packages are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Enterprise pricing is quoted per operation.
